- Enterprise CRM implementation. Led full deployment of Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Account Engagement (Pardot) across all three business units, including field mapping with sales and client success and custom reporting for executive leadership.
- Conference playbook architect. Designed and implemented an end-to-end conference strategy (pre-conference outreach, booth experience, live lead capture, and post-conference nurture), all integrated through Salesforce campaigns.
- AI-powered automation. Built automated nurture flows in Account Engagement and developed AI-assisted prospecting and communication tools using Zapier and n8n to accelerate pipeline generation.

Built and executed marketing strategy for new business acquisition and stood up the full revenue operations infrastructure.
- Fortune 100 account stabilization. Sole continuity leader on a $10M+ shared-savings deal after the Director of Sales departed. Held the engagement together, managed all client-facing communications, and saw the deal through to close, preventing a critical revenue loss.
- Dual CRM implementation. Oversaw simultaneous implementation of HubSpot (marketing) and Salesforce (CRM), establishing the company’s first integrated revenue operations infrastructure.
- New-business content engine. Created the marketing strategy and content engine for new business development targeting post-acute care providers and payers.

Owned the full client lifecycle from prospecting through expansion and developed relationships with national insurance carriers and technology vendors. The division was sunset during COVID-19 before formal quota activation.

- $5M contract renewal. Led a high-stakes executive briefing for the incoming CEO of a national health insurance payor, distilling complex PBM audit findings into a clear strategic narrative that directly resulted in a consulting contract renewal.
- Marketing infrastructure from scratch. Established the company’s first CRM, website, and full media presence, creating a complete inbound and outbound marketing engine where none existed.
- Fortune 100 employer engagements. Managed RFP projects and client relationships with major national PBMs and some of the largest self-insured employers in the country.
- Cross-divisional project tracking. Built and ran a cross-divisional project tracker, aligning multiple internal teams and external stakeholders through complex multi-month audit engagements.
